This is the latest network status of hostgator web hosting posted by newhall on 18 April 2006

Images on all my domains (on “civic” server) have been loading 2-3 times slower than normal for the last 6+ hours. Also FTP transfers are also taking much longer than normal.

I have emailed Support 5-6 times and they keep saying the server load is normal and everything is fine on their end. Well, I know that, but obviously some service is acting up and causing the delays. The problem seems to come and go intermittently.

Can someone please look into this and see what the real problem is and find the right fix? I’m getting emails from customers and they are complaining.
