The box is currenlty doing a FSCK. These usually take a few hours. We have two of our admins on top of the situation currently. (Dave and Pat_)

The server was kernel panic’d with only a partial dump on the screen. We power cycled the server and it is currently running an automated file system check. We will monitor it to make sure that it comes back up.

I’m afraid that the server is now requiring a manual file system check in order to mount /home. I checked and it does appear that the raid array is intact. We are running manual file system checks now.”
