I have several domains on infinity and they seem to be having trouble getting email from outside domains. I have tried sending mail from qwest.com, aol.com, expedia.com, and other domains. But, the messages do not get deliver. The messages do not get bounced either. They just disappear.

I have created a trouble ticket with HG, but there has been no progress on this issue. I update the ticket with anything new that I get, and I get repsonses like, “Please try now.”

My clients are not at all please. I am getting no information from HG about what they are doing (if anything).
