Hostgator Network : Is the DB server down?

currently getting the following error, when loading a php page that accesses my db account:

SQL/DB Error — [

1. Error establishing a database connection!
2. Are you sure you have the correct user/password?
3. Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
4. Are you sure that the database server is running?

1. Error selecting database db_name!
2. Are you sure it exists?
3. Are you sure there is a valid database connection?

Earlier, a refresh would bring back my results. Right now, I just can’t bring it up at all. I have not made any changes to the database nor the scripts.
