First off, I’m in China and the ISP is China Telcom Broadband. Have a reseller acount and for some reason today I can’t access the main domain, nor any sites on the account.. Nor can I access the control panels for any sites/ user accounts, even WHM.

Tried pinging my ip address, and get “request timed out”

However, if I dial in to dial up ISP in Hong Kong, no problem with any of it..

Did chat with Clay from support, he can access the whole ball of wax, but from here, nada. For that matter, I can’t even get hostgator to come up, I”m doing this through dial up/Hong Kong/ Not cheap.

Any help or ideas appreciated. On server Vito, domain www.dgnethosting.com
