jeep server (69.93.237.34) has been down for most of today, I was told by online support that it would only be a couple of minutes - see transcript. 2 hours later still down.

WHM Server stats were saying eximstats and mysql have failed - but reading some of the previous posts I am not too sure if I can believe this.

Recently jeep has seemed a bit clacky especially when trying to open cpanel/whm. Do we know exactly what the problems are?
