Aside from almost a week of intermitent problems connecting to any client websites to do work on them due to network problems with theplanet, now Mustang is at

at what point do resellers get compensated for this? What is considered downtime? Do all of these network issues and us not being able to connect to the servers through FTP or otherwise constitute compensation?
