At some stage in the last 36 hours at least 8 of my databases have been nuked. Well Im not sure what the right term would be - the databases are still there - but there is now no records, no fields, no tables, no users - there is absolutely NO CONTENT left in these databases.
I contacted support 8.5 hours ago and have had one response - “what link is not working?”
What link is not working? The link that isnt working is the link between hostgator and this particular customer. Its one thing to have an incident on your network - ugly stuff happens sometimes. Whats is crap is when no-one will talk to you, no-one will acknowlege a problem, no-one can give you an indication of what is going on.
What good is 24/7 support if I have to wait 24 hours to get any?
Am I going overboard?
