Well I am close to sign up for a reseller package, but I have a few questions I hope someone can help me with.

- Is it possible to make upgrades to the account in the middle of a subscription period - and how about downgrades?

- There has been so much talk about accounts being suspended due to cpu limit. I understand that all sorts of user bugs, scripts, cronjobs and similar can trigger that, but who will the suspention hit - is it my reseller account or the customer that has an account that will get suspended? I mean can one of my customers faults “kill” all my customers accounts?

- I know some hosts haven’t implemented some server software that is able to give the owner the folder rights so they belong to the account instead - meaning I will manually need to give the folder rights to myself and so on - is that software implemented in reseller accounts here at HG?
