I am interested in switching my web hosting and domain registration to Host Gator, but I have a question about the domain aspect.
Is WHOIS privacy offered by Host Gator, and is it available for a domain that is going to be transferred? I would like to keep both services registered with the same company as to make billing easier, but is it at all possible for a previously registered domain to be made private after a transfer? If it is not possible at Host Gator, can it be done elsewhere, and if it is needed to find such a service elsewhere, does anybody have any suggestions with whom to do it with?
I thank everyone for their time, and would appreciate a response.
