Got the account this week after having a HG separate account (only one domain there). Can’t assign add-on domains to subdirectories of subdirectories (folders within folders- could on other hosts though), but could redirect added domains to nested folders. Unfortunately, the add-on domain name address won’t pass subdirectories (www.add-on-domain.com/files)
I hope it’s a misunderstanding or just something left out of the Help and FAQs. If not, then small things, like limitations on add-on domains, SQL upload limits (had a big problem there- was reason left old host, 2 mb SQL upload limit), these should be somewhere for pre-sales access before people sign up.
Without the ability to assign add-ons to nested folders, OR the server allowing access to add-on subfolders (as in the example listed above), I might need to look at another host.
