I understand that when you use an addon domain you set it up in a directory within your main account directory, and that it works and looks just like a normal domain and site to the user/customer. Right?
So, now what about if you want to say install a Forum, or some other such thing for that “particular” addon website? Can you install it within the particular addon website and it will still look and work like it’s from THAT website and not your main domain site account?
By the way, I’m scared with all the recent problems, but hostgator seems professional enough, so I suppose I can still go ahead and sign up? Will my Cpanel be fully updated from the moment I sign up, or will I however have to update it myself?
