Okay I current have a plan with Dreamhost but my Invision Power Board tends to suffer major slowdown when there are multiple users on, and I’m not pleased. The thing is, it’s slowing down with less than 20 users on! Most of the time it slows down when there are about 8-10 users online. So I’m worried about my site because in case it grows, I’m screwed.

Therefore I am considering a change to Host Gator. So I want to know if my forum will have the same issue of slowdown with the small amount of users online here at HG (I hope not…). Are there any forums (preferably IPB) that are fairly big that are hosted on Host Gator so I can check if it is slow or anything? Thanks.

The other thing is is that I have my email with Google Apps. There was instructions on how to add the MX records with Dreamhost, but I’m not finding anything for HostGator. I assume it’s using cPanel because of the demo that HG provides, so I was wondering if these instructions are sufficient to redirecting MX records:
