I plan to host a SMF forum (Php & MySQL) with HG and am considering signing up for the shared Baby plan.
I have got a few clarifications (both technical & administrative) before I sign up.

Firstly, technical…

1. HG mentions unlimited MySQL databases in its Baby plan… is there a restriction on the size of each database?
2. The TOS talk about a limit of 25 concurrent connections to the dB. So if my forum has a max no. of 1000 users at any given point, would this limitation have any impact?
3. Will a shared plan work for my forum if it has about 20,000 registered members and 500 -1000 members online at any point? Will it violate the TOS of “may not use 25% or more of system resources for longer then 90 seconds”

Second, the other stuff…

1. I am based in India, so can I pay through my CC or do I have to use bank transfer/Western Union? I read somewhere in these forums that CC payments are not accepted due to fraud orders from the asian continent.

Anyone out here who is based in India and hosted with HG? What has been your experience with HG’s support and billing systems?

I know I asked too many of them, but I want to be sure before I select my host.
