I just purchased a webhosting plan. I’ve copied my site’s files to my home computer and I’m ready to do a transfer of files myself via FTP. Normally I use IE’s FTP but I downloaded CORE FTP for this task. I created a login on my cpanel’s ftp accounts page. So, when I opened CORE, I used that login info and I used the IP given to me in my welcome email. But I’m having trouble connecting to my site’s file manager. Core isn’t showing any directories. I attempted to upload some files and they transfered but they aren’t showing up in my root cpanel. Weird.
