Ok first off I cant see all the forums and I am now a customer so I will just post my question here.

I am trying to install vBulletin.

Should I set it to local host or is there something I need to change.

(I still cant use Live Chat, I think it is something wrong with Opera, I will to install a different browser and try it.)
