I am a web designer and we host most of our own site. I’m currently using two differnet reseller hosting servers for about 80 or so domains, none of them very large.

I am not happy with my current situation so I am looking for a new service. Here are a few questions I have. I may have more, based on the answers. So far I’m happy with your pricing, and the fact I was able to chat on line with your support people, and on a Sunday at that.

1. What is your status with the blacklists? I certainly don’t spam or allow my clients to, but we have all been painted with the same brush because of one of my servers not policing their clients. I know there’s no 100 percent solution, but where are you currently?

2. I use the SunShop shopping cart for some of my clients. Do you have Zend installed? How about GD? How much is a dedicated IP and is that required for using your shared SSL?

3. I have a bulkregister account for my domain registrations and don’t care to use Enom. Is that any problem? I don’t intend to use any automatic sign up for my clients. I only provide hosting to the sites we design.

Well, that’s enough for now. I’m sure I’ll have a few more before I sign up.
