I just read on a previous post where someone said that HG would help them move thier site. However I just asked support in the chat if they help move sites and was told no they do not help move sites.
Which is fine, I would move my own site if possible.
I have a some sites that have email accounts & databases the users setup and I don’t want to ask them to set all that up again. I know some hosts do move everything for you if you give them thier cpanel login and it transfers everything.
In cpanel I can do a full backup but there is only a restore for your home dir and sql. If you do a full backup, how do you restore it? I read in the cpanel forum that you have to get the webhost to do it.
So any way I can move a sites email accounts & db’s & everything?
