I’ve just signed up for a reseller account. According to the setup instructions, I created a new package. Now I have to set up a new account but I want the account to use the name I purchased the reseller account under. Of course, it says it’s already registered. The instructions say once I create this account, I upgrade my reseller account to it. How do I create a new account and upgrade to it and keep the domain name I want to use? I guess I don’t understand completely how this all fits together so any explanations would be helpful.
