How long does it usually take for a sales email to be answered? I need to change my order before I can pay. When I asked the live chat people they said it will take up to 3 hours for a response. It’s past the 3 hours so I thought I would ask here.

I really need to get the ball rolling with this one. I wanted to simply cancel the other one and just order the full year but I was told to email sales instead and have them change it. Please advise what would be the fastest way to proceed.
