Iam up for buying a HostGator A/C soon, there are somethings I need to know.

After I pay the money via Credit Card and the online transaction is verfied.
Do I need to send any kind of fax containing Photo ID, CC details and such before my account is activated, and also how long does it take to be activated.

If my A/C gets suspended for exceeding the allocated resource usage, I can re-activate it later right? *shivers*

Does this mean, I can’t provide the downloads of my own mp3 and remixed video files, can’t I share them with my visitors
