I’m a webmaster of a gaming clan and have a couple of questions.

1. safe_mode, if this is enabled it’ll block some functions we need, or restrict.
2. Blocked outgoing ports, we use query scripts for both gameserves and ventrilo and we need those scripts be able to query without having blocked ports (since the traffic query FROM the site, ie. outgoing).
