I purchase new SSL (PositiveSSL) for my AddOn domain (removed).

I have installed SSL certs but its not working… Hostgator operator says “You need Private IP for SSL Cert.”. OK. This is absolutely normal. But this is abnormal:

Private IP page says “You can not use this dedicated IP for addon domain (Thats mean my removed’ s SSL not working.) but another Hostgator operator says “You can use whole domain but SSL only working primary domain.”

Which one?
My SSL work or not work?

I don’t need SSL for my primary domain (removed)
I need SSL for removed (AddOn).
