Hostgator Review : Been down since signing up

Not so sure this will be the place for me, site has been down since signing up and switching nameservers.

I requested one time for info on getting my site moved and have been sent 4 separate ticket requests to fill out.

I’ve switched the nameservers back to the old host in hopes being able to access the site and let the members use the forum once again.

Sounds like Host Gator is a great place but it’s hard to give a positive review when nothing has worked for 3 days.

Here’s hoping that will change…
