I joined hostgator on Friday morning as I was getting a lot of downtime with my last host, this company was recommended to me.

Paid my $25 monthly fee, filled in a transfer site form and have had nothing but problems.
I have spoke to support on 30 occassions, who have not been a great deal of help.
It has taken over 48 hours to transfer 14 sites over.
Now that they are finally transffered, I can not view them in my whm panel, and have been told by help desk chat to contact admin.
PLEASE - Somebody tell me it will get better.

Yes its early days for me, but I am far from impressed so far
