Gator458 has been up and down for the past two days. I have submitted a trouble ticket and received one responce late last night. I replied this morning and still over 6 hours later I have not received any other answers.

My site wasn’t loading at all, couldn’t get E-mail or into my cPanel. Not long ago it was up again.

This is about the 3rd time I’ve had problems with the server going down. I notified HostGator before the server went down of the increased server load I’ve noticed recently and I was basically blown off and said it was “normal”. Clearly it wasn’t normal because it continued to increase and cause the server to go down!
