They moved it out of the reviews forum for some reason… never put it back even after they made a request and I replied.

So, anyways, I figure this is as good a time as any to update.

I’m still having horrible issues with server loads. I’ve stopped complaining to hostgator because the only response I’ve ever gotten is

“Server loads look normal.”

Yeah… 60 is not normal… but thanks.

Now, Hostgator has suspended my account and taken all of my sites offline because of non payment.

One problem, my account has been on a paypal subscription for the past few months. I thought perhaps it got canceled somehow so I checked my paypal.

Nope… payment went through fine, hostgator received my money.

Oh… and not only did they suspend my account… they also placed ads on my site in the mean time.

I’ve sent a lot of business your way the first 8 months I was with you… I recommended you guys to EVERYONE.

I don’t expect this negative review to last long in the reviews forum… I’ve noticed you guys tend to bury these…

Edit: A little more info.

I had two servers on my account. I didn’t want to renew the one, so when the renew payment came up, I didn’t pay it. I also didn’t want to renew the domain that was attached to it.

Well, instead of suspending the affected server and domain… they suspended the entire account including all of the servers and domains that are completely up to date on payments.
