I have to say thus far I have nothing but praise for Hostgator support. I am not saying that they are perfect but which hosts out there are?

You should try hosting your sites with some of the other hosts in the hosting business! I even see Hostgator answering posts in the sharks pool that is WHT!

As for people complaining about live support it has been said before that live chat is really for pre-sales questions and basic tech support.

And no disrepect to posters not just in this forum but in others too, they are not exactly without blame! I mean seriously would you call the Ford dealer to return a car that blew up because you didn’t put oil in it?
