I first came to Host Gator in May of last year to set up a project I was working on.

The initial set up of the hosting account went well, had some web sites imported and that also went well but unfortunately a few problems cropped up in some other areas and there were some problems with communications in getting things fixed in a speedy manner.

Unfortunately the financier of the project was not happy with this and pulled the plug and told me to ask for a refund which I did.

Just before I was told by the financier to pull the plug on the project Brent got involved and did his best to try and get the problems resolved for us and he also offered us a credit for our troubles but as I have already said the financier had asked that I obtain a refund, I told Brent this and he agreed to give us a refund and said our money would be credited to us within the next few days and he was as good as his word as sure enough we were refunded in full within a few days.

Now you may think this is a negative review but it isn’t.

I accept that is was just a set of unfortunate circumstances that led to things not working out when I first came to Host Gator for hosting.

Anyway I had never forgotten the professionalism of Brent at that time and how he went out of his way to try and help us, so much so that when my current project was looking for a home I had no qualms in choosing Host Gator for my hosting needs.

I am very pleased with my hosting, the set up of the account went very fast and smoothly and without a single hitch.

The speed of my site is excellent and I have experienced no down time what so ever.

All in all I am very happy with the service I have received from Host Gator and I have no problems in recommending Host Gator to others for there hosting needs.
