Hostgator Review : New to Gator and Happy So Far

I signed up yesterday and although there are a few minor challenges in switching things over, I have to say I’m impressed with the support. I’ve contacted chat about six times today and each time, I was connected within a minute or two. My tickets are being answered within six to eight hours.

There was a little miscommunication, but that was due to my not communicating clearly on what I needed. I’m new and don’t know the terminology for things. But they were patient with me and hung in there until I was satisfied.

I give thumbs up to Gator. Hopefully my current situation will get cleared up so I can get busy building.

This is very different than other hosting package I had elsewhere, so getting used to something new can be frustrating at times.
