Hi there,

I joined up 4 days ago and paid this month straight away.

I was then told to transfer my .co.uk domain name it would cost me money. Also that my forum would loose posts upto 72 hours (I questioned this before I signed up and was told everything would be fine).

So I decided to cancel and that’s where my problems are. 24 hours after cancelling I receive a phone call asking me to stay and offering me one free month. I kindly declined the offer and the lady said she would cancel my contract.

For the last 3 days I have been trying to get a refund and my account closed, I’ve spoke to loads of people through the live help chat and each time am assured it will be done in the next few hours.

This site was highly recommended to me and I am very disappointed how I have been treated because I wish to cancel.

I still have no refund, explanation or a time of when it will be done..
