since hostgators use of a new billing software things got mucked up. I did have mails to support going back and forth - my credit card info was on my account and the new software could not get it updated - this I reported to support - I got mail asking for payment and broadcasting the password to my account with cc details -anyway after several backs and forths, I insisted my cc information to be deleted and I set up a paypal subscription - guess what, the ..bleep bleep.. thing still does not work and Hostgator did it again - send me a mail requesting payment AND broadcasting my password along with it.
Hostgator set up your modernbill software so it functions and STOP exposing customers sensitive information on the web!!!!

Sad to say that as a company grows in size so grow the problems.
Brent Oxley what happened to your excellent support? Get this blasted software fixed, I don’t want to have this hassle every month.
