I cancelled my service after just a couple of weeks. I followed the cancellation procedure to the letter. Now, according to their refund policy, it is no questions asked and a refund the same day as the cancellation. It has been three days and I have not gotten my refund. I filed a grievance with the BBB in Houston, TX. They are looking into it as of today. I have exact copies of all of the emails I have sent to them asking for my money and I have all of their responses; acknowledging the cancellation but ignoring my request for my refund. I KNOW they will delete this post but this is only the beginning of me letting the WWW know about their lies and deceit. I am posting everywhere there is a review of this company AND I am posting their emails as well as mine for everyone to see. I am filing a complaint with the FTC as well….
