After I left this hosting few months ago, suddenly my credit card was charged by Host Gator THREE FREAKING TIMES !

After chatting with support I got promised that my money to be refunded and none will charge me again.

Now! Exactly a day after, I’ve been charged again !!!

Support (Michael N) said he has no access to blah-blah and kept me online for almost 1/2 hr.

Ok., I contacted my Visa bank about that refund that was promised by Celeste - nothing. So I have to write some idiotic letter to investigation dept, they have to contact some IT-crime unit, they have to report it somewhere else - it grows as snowball.

So, my question - are you having not enough fun in real life?
