I need to disagree with the glowing reports I’ve read here. I can’t believe that HG has no ability to cross reference previous trouble tickets on an account.

The current issue has hit again, and I think this is the final straw. Does anyone realise how frustrating it is to receive multiple answers which contradict each other to the same question? The e-mail today was the final kick in the teeth.
