Two tickets are not doing well. We have 8 employees getting errors with their email. Could one of you look into this?

Here is the error message:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: An Invitation to participate in One Sabbath
Sent: 7/16/2008 11:48 AM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
‘mroutt@cbbc.org’ on 7/16/2008 11:48 AM
503 Valid RCPT command must precede DATA

And if one of you employees could give my account access to PM you, I keep getting the error that I don’t have permission to do so. Thanks.
