I have been with HG for about a year now and have had a positive experience (for the most part). It was not until 4/26/06 that I had some issues with tech support. I had sent in a ticket asking about the “new” mail: http://webmail.hostgator.com/src/login.php The reply that I got back from ticket [#HRD-118669] was anything but helpful.

I am a reseller and need to know about the webmail system you now have. Can it be set up for my users? What I want to do is add a login box on my site so my customers can log into their webmail. If not I can buy nutsmail and set it up with the login box on my site for my customers.
