Is anyone else experiencing regular site drop outs?

I have noticed that my site www.aptcode.com was unreachable at least 6 times in the 2 weeks since I moved to HostGator.

Today it went back down less than an hour after I asked support to “fix” it the first time.

Heavy server load was the reason I got back (though not from my site!).

I use my site for my business - the load is I suspect very low, but 100% connectivity is extremely important.

I cannot afford to lose business as recklessly as (it seems to me) the way HostGator run theirs.
