What a complete joke! You do not state the extra charge of $75 + $2 unless i click on the question mark! You have a star next to it but NO small print anywhere to be seen on the page!

I understand why you charge for the private SSL BUT your “shared SSL” is the biggest joke ever! I was under the impression the only draw back of the shared SSL was the stupid URL you have to put up with which would have been reasonable BUT since installing this useless SSL I have got repeated error messages during the day not only the ones that asks if you trust the site or not but also one where you can’t access the site at all!

After being told “we have now re-installed the SSL and the problem is fixed” just an hour later I once again get the error messages!

Reselling your web hosting is benefiting you more than anyone and you do not provide everything I need as you suggested unless of course I fork out $75 which isn’t clearly stated!

Why do you even include a “shared SSL” if it doesn’t work at all? Seriously this is the biggest joke ever. Completely useless!

It looks to me like im going to have to move web hosts because you clearly don’t provide the tools needed as you state on your reseller packages page!!!!!
Why would i want my clients to see this! A “shared SSL” isn’t even worth you offering!
