I have upgrade magento from version 1.3.0 to version 1.3.1 ,magento profiler display upgrade successful for all the module but when i go back to the admin side it display the older version at the bottom of the page and ther is no change in my core files .I have successfully download all the files at the downloader folder in the root .

I have upgrade it thru the linux server for test and it does not display any kind of error or something unusual.It succesfully upgrades to 1.3.1 with all the diff file replace
