Need advice on good dedicated server hosting

Hostgator and Bluehost are our best webhosts and godaddy.com is the best domain registrar.

I currently have 10 dedicated servers with a Los Angeles hosting provider. Right now our company has grown to the point where we need good 24/7 support and someone that would be able to help us plan for our growth. We do alot of mysql transactions so we need a reliable hosting provider that has knowleadgeable mysql admins on staff 24/7.

Can someone make any suggestions? Just to give you the level of support that we would like… we tried Rackspace already but their pricing is almost double that of what we are paying currently for our servers.

Any suggestions on best hosting providers for our needs
