I have two tables in my database that have large(ish) text fields in them. When I use Crystal Reports I can view them OK however when I use MS Query I get an “Error in Assignment” error message if I include any one or more of these large text fields. If they are not included all is OK. In the DDFs the fields are declared as Char.
