Just thought I’d share my experiences with RichieCW of Avalonsites.com. Richie purchased a WHMCS integration from me a few weeks ago and I completed it within my guaranteed 72 hours. Apparently there were a few things wrong or misaligned so I continued to work with him until they were fixed.

A few days later I logged on to Paypal to check my account only to see that he had filed a dispute against the transaction. I provided Paypal with screenshots and all the information they needed and also noted that I do so many of these integrations every month and never have disputes.

So, 1 month later, I just got the email that they didnt decide in my favor… I was shocked to be honest. I dont understand what the morons at Paypal were looking at. I think they just flip a coin to decide these types of matters.

The money is the least of my worries, just frustrates me that they allow this type of thing to happen. Just beware when dealing with Avalon Sites and RichieCW
