On July 12, 2009 between 2:00am and 6:00am CDT, The Planet’s IT team will upgrade our sales and support phone systems. While we have a 4-hour maintenance window scheduled, we anticipate less than 15 minutes of downtime to the phone lines as they are migrated to the new system.

If you place a call to The Planet’s sales or support departments while the migration is being performed, you may hear a standard phone system error message. To reach sales and support at that time, please create a ticket in Orbit or initiate a Live Chat on our site.
