To help you better manage your portal, tools and servers, we�ve upgraded our help page and relaunched it as The Planet Knowledge Base!

The revamped Knowledge Base contains all the same information previously found on the help page, and it�s been reformatted into an intuitive and user-friendly format. On the landing page, articles and information are divided into four categories:

* Top 5 Things to Know: The most commonly asked customer questions
* Recently Viewed: What other customers of The Planet are reading
* Top Rated Articles: The most helpful Knowledge Base articles, as rated by customers
* Recent Posts: New information on customer-affecting issues
