How for god sake can I have a different class c network IP for my server?

Support keep telling me that the process for ordering additional IPs are automated and they can do anything and keep closing my TT as obviously they are not willing to help or even advise.

earlier, I could have a different class c network IP for another server with no problems. What happened now? What can I do?
