We’re in the process of segmenting the IPAlert system into listening points at our DLLSTX2 and DLLSTX4 datacenters. ServerMatrix, Total Control, and Insomnia365 customers in the DLLSTX4 facility may recieve a false email from the IPAlert system while we are making this transition. The email in question should look similar to this:

NOTE: This email if being generated from a test monitoring system at DLLSTX4. If you are not allowing PING from our monitoring systems IP ranges then you might be getting these emails in error. Please make sure you are allowing PING and TCP/UDP connections from 12.96.160.0/24 and 67.19.0.0/24 to PING your server(s).
