Hello I have tracked a person who may be stealing my personal information that is on your internet service.
My Norton Antivirus tracks any outgoing and incoming conections etc. and a Spyware/malware program called wsldoekd.exe has been communicating with someone (I believe from Texas) on your Internet Service, My AntiVirus gave me the I.P. and i used an I.P. tracker that I found through google… http://tracemyip.org. I am not sure why it is communicating with this person, but I think that this program is possibly a Keylogger or is stealing my personal information. For now i have blocked the .exe from communinacting at all (along with several other programs that i have recently been infected with)
I hope you look into this matter as I believe that stealing my personal information is very illegal. His/Her I.P. is included in this next image…
