I am an existing customer with a servercommand.net login. I do not have a orbit login.

42 hours ago, I ordered a new server on special promotion. Kentsfield servers for Conroe prices. Order Confirmation #325191.

24 hours ago, I issued a ticket # 4615350PLNT at servercommand.net and was told it would be setup in a new account and was asked if I wanted to canceled the order and put the order on the same account. I replied but the ticket was closed without a reply.

I issued another ticket # 4621497PLNT asking for an update and why ticket # 4615350PLNT was closed without a reply. Support told me the sales team is handling the issue now and asked me to follow up with the orginal ticket for updates. The orginal ticket was still closed.
