First off I needed to cancel a server so I go into Orbit and I did not see what I was use to and searched for cancel server. The website was so slow so I attempted to put in ticket to cancel the server which timed out 7 or 8 times. Finally I was able to add a new support ticket to cancel the server. I called to make sure and man was that a car wreck. The first guy answering the phone said uh uh uh about 8 times and then said what do you need. I asked him if this was THE PLANET he said yes. I thought to my self wow this is different. He sent me to another rep that acted and said the same things, basically speechless.

What is the once great data center THE PLANET coming to?

I was very unhappy because it sounded like they had non trained personel answering phones and technical support.

Could this be a sign that The Planet is skimping on good support and sales personel they once had?
